1. How can I find a specific book?

Our store has a convenient search system. You can use the search bar on the main page or contact our consultants for help in finding a book.

2. Can I order a book if it is not in stock?

At the moment we work only offline and do not provide pre-order services. If the book is not on the shelves of our store, you can leave your contact information, and we will notify you when the book goes on sale.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit/debit cards in our store. We do not accept checks or electronic payments.

4. Can I return a book if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes, you can return a book within 14 days of purchase if the return conditions are met. The book must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Details about returns can be found on the Return Policy page.

5. How do I pick up my order?

We are an offline only business, so all orders must be picked up in person at our store. Please visit us during business hours to pick up your purchase.

6. What are your working hours?

Our working hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
  • Sunday: Closed

7. Do you host events in the store?

To join a book club or sign up for an event, please visit our store or contact us by phone or email. We also post information about upcoming events on our website and social media.

9. Can I offer my book for sale in your store?

At the moment we do not accept books from individuals for sale in our store. We focus on selling books from authors and publishers with whom we already have cooperation.
