At WordTaleHaven, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible book buying experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:
    You can return the product within 14 days of purchase. To return a book, it must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, if available.
  2. Return Reasons:
    We accept returns for the following reasons:
    • Error in order (e.g. wrong book or defective product).
    • The book was damaged during transportation.
    • You are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons unrelated to the quality of the book (in which case a restocking fee may apply).
  3. Return Procedure:
    • Visit Our Store: Please bring your book to our physical store for return. Our staff will assist you with the return and, if necessary, an exchange or refund.
    • Receipt or Bill of Sale: Please be sure to bring your receipt or bill of sale to speed up the return process.
  4. Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is accepted and processed. Refunds will be made to the same method used for payment.
  5. Exchange:
    If you would like to exchange the book for another, please specify this when returning it. We will try to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns on books that were purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, unless there is a defect or error in the order.
  • Refunds will not be issued for books that have been used, damaged or altered after purchase.
